We got back from traveling around the world in May and just decided to keep going… well, kindof. Because of random circumstances we ended up spending time in Nebraska and Montana with family… and threw in an epic road trip on top of it all. We banked in about 5000 miles onto our adventures for the year. My best friend from college lives in Helena, Montana and my sister-in-laws live in Bozeman, MT. Montana also has a special place in our hearts because that is where we *kindof* fell in love… long story for another time:-)
I wanted to do a maternity session while there, but we weren’t sure when we would be where so we opted for a DIY session… (Non-photogs, I wouldn’t recommend this – ha:-) It was so much fun and so much harder than I thought it was going to be… just hire me people and don’t try to do this at yourself… ahhh… scroll down to about the 11th photo… that serious face is actually us after getting into a fight… my WM was convinced he knew of a better spot than what we had found and then we ran out of light. My pregnant, exhausted and finally-got-my-hair-and-self-ready, was NOT happy!!
But… here are a few we captured… the first set were taken outside of Bozman, our darling nephew included; second set were taken in Glacier National Park; third set were in the Tetons… all getting ready was done in a campsite bathroom…
